In a move aimed at alleviating the suffering of vulnerable Nigerians amidst the current economic hardship, Tosin Adeyanju, Executive Secretary of the National Lottery Trust Fund (NLTF), has inspected the Fund’s offices and warehouses. During the inspection, Adeyanju discovered medical and sports materials worth millions of naira and ordered their immediate distribution to those in need across the country.
Adeyanju emphasized that the directive is in line with the Renewed Hope government’s commitment to reaching out to Nigerians in need. “We cannot afford to sit back and watch our people suffer,” he said. “The National Lottery Trust Fund is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of Nigerians, and this distribution is just the beginning.”
The materials, including medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and sports facilities, are expected to benefit thousands of Nigerians. Adeyanju also announced plans to expand the Fund’s intervention programs to reach more Nigerians, particularly in education, healthcare, sports, and economic empowerment.
The distribution exercise is expected to commence in the coming days, marking a significant step towards bringing hope and relief to vulnerable Nigerians.
