Reliably I can inform you that the governor connived with the TECH to defraud Kogi State to the sum of 1.869,777,457.98 ie One billion Eight Hundred and Sixty Nine million , Seven hundred and seventy-seven thousand four hundred and fifty seven naira and ninety eight Kobo.
