Ahead of 2023 general election, hundred of members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kaduna defected to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at the weekend.
The former APC members were led by erstwhile chairman of the Kaduna State PDP Alhaji Yaro
According to one of the decampee , APC has shown that it has no capacity to govern and deliver dividends of democracy to the people, the time has come to “change the change.” “I thought the party would address the numerous problems confronting Nigerians, but since its assumption of power, Nigerians have been plunged into untold hardship and distress.”
