Zenith Bank concludes infrastructure migration, Assures customers of improved service delivery

The management of Zenith Bank has assured its customers of enhanced banking service delivery following the completion of its infrastructure migration. In a statement, Dame Dr. Adaora Umeoji, OON, the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zenith Bank, announced that the financial institution has successfully transitioned to a new and more robust operating system.

The migration was driven by a desire to elevate Zenith Bank’s service offerings and ensure customers have unparalleled banking experiences, Umeoji emphasized. She highlighted that the bank now operates on cutting-edge technologies to provide superior service delivery.

 

The technologies now put in place, according to the Zenith Bank chief, was to enable the bank’s customers to have superior service delivery.

Umeoji acknowledged the challenges customers may have faced during the migration and apologized for any inconvenience caused. She reassured customers that Zenith Bank is now equipped to serve them quickly, securely, and conveniently with the new technologies in place.
