Aero Contractors has revealed a special initiative for the upcoming festive season, offering minimum ticket prices starting at N80,000 for local flights across its routes. The announcement was made by the airline’s Managing Director, Ado Sanusi, during a press briefing on Tuesday.

Sanusi described the move as a gesture to alleviate the financial burden on Nigerians during the Christmas and New Year celebrations. He emphasized that the initiative, scheduled to run through January 2024, is part of Aero Contractors’ commitment to giving back to its customers during the holidays.

“In the spirit of Christmas, Aero Contractors has introduced what we call pocket-friendly Christmas prices. These fares, starting at N80,000, will apply to all our destinations, allowing Nigerians to travel without excessive costs,” Sanusi stated.

Notably, economy tickets for a Lagos-to-Abuja flight on Aero Contractors were priced at N99,643 on Tuesday afternoon, with business class tickets available for N189,167. Sanusi clarified that the airline’s goal is to facilitate family reunions during the holidays without imposing financial strains on travelers.

“We want to make it possible for families to meet their loved ones during this festive season without worrying about exorbitant travel costs,” he noted, emphasizing Aero Contractors’ dedication to its loyal customers.

Furthermore, Sanusi assured customers that despite the price reduction, Aero Contractors will continue to maintain profitability by taking into consideration the current economic realities.

Overall, the initiative aims to make air travel more accessible and affordable for Nigerians during the holiday season, reflecting Aero Contractors’ longstanding commitment to serving its customers.
