Yobe: 233 Beneficiaries of Governor Mai Mala Buni foreign scholarship to India have departed

 

The scheme initiated and sponsored by Gov. Mai Mala Buni provides a ground for 233 Yobe indigenes will depart Nigeria tomorrow to study Petroleum Engineering, operation theatre, renal dialysis, medicine, anesthesia ,cardiac technology, pharmacy, others at Indian University.

The Gov. Mai Mala Buni foreign scholarship is an initiative of Gov. Mai Mala Buni, is a scheme that covers visa, tuition, accommodation, feeding, books, travels and pocket stipend for all awardees who are mostly children of poor selected across Yobe communities by Gov. Mai Mala Buni administration in 2020.

The Executive Secretary of Yobe state scholarship board, Dr. Abubakar Bukar Kagu has been commanded for the successful exercise.
