The adorable snap of the newborn with a “cross old man’s face” has now become a meme – much to the delight of her mother.
Despite only being a matter of days old, Isabela Pereira de Jesus is already an online sensation thanks to her comical expression.
Professional photographer Rodrigo Kunstmann snapped the hilarious shot of Isabela looking less than impressed by her first view of the world after being delivered by C-section at a hospital in Rio de Janeiro.
The baby was born on February 13 to mother Daiane de Jesus Barbosa, but judging by her expression it looks like she wanted to go right back to where she came from.
Telling Brazilian magazine Crescer about the precious moment he’d captured, Rodrigo said: “She opened her eyes wide but did not cry. The doctor even had to say, ‘cry, Isa!’

“She made that serious expression and only started crying after the umbilical cord was cut.”
And Isabela’s mother is thrilled her daughter is already a viral sensation.
She told Brazilian news outlet G1: “My baby was born courageous.
“It’s a meme already. She always wrinkles her forehead when changing diapers and nursing.
“Isabela was supposed to be born on the 20th, but she chose her day already showing her personality.”

After the pics were circulated online the comments came in thick and fast.
One person observed: “Poor munchkin. She’s only been on the planet for a few minutes and she has had enough.”
Another wrote: “Not only the frown. Look at those eyes, if looks can kill, they are like daggers.”
While others even suggested she looked like an “old soul” and “had been here before”.
Whatever the case, Isabela certainly made an entrance into the world!
