Why I enlarged my butt through plastic surgery – Tonto Dikeh

Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, has said that her butt enlargement achieved through plastic surgery gives her confidence and makes her happy.
Tonto, 34, revealed this in a documentary with BBC Pidgin titled “Brazilian butt lift: My bum-bum dey give me confidence”.
In the 3:25-minute video, the movie star and two other women told their experiences with plastic surgeries and their journey to getting the kind of body they want.
While the other women preferred not to reveal their faces, Tonto bared it all saying she is not ashamed of what she did.
“Why I go shame to talk say I do something for my body? Di stereotype of say if this wan hapun to African woman, she get to hide am, she get to keep am, she no get to talk,” she said.
The actress concluded in English: “So I think it’s that norm, I think I’ve broken away from the norm.”
One of the doctors interviewed in the documentary warns about the danger of plastic surgery.
He said: “Plastic surgery get addiction but di major complication for plastic surgery na thromboembolism wey mean say fat go enta di blood.
“Anoda tin be say water go dey gada for di pesin skin. E fit get skin wey go die.”
The doctor added that the risks of complications are limited by plastic surgeons studying their patients well and avoiding doing too much at a time.
