Management of All African Conference of Churches, Delegation and representatives of the African Union, high commission workers and all diplomats here present. Indeed it gives me great pleasure to welcome you all today because ”he who has no guest shouldn’t be proud”
I am also pleased to welcome our Bishops, Reverend fathers, Royals traditional fathers, individuals with exceptional personalities, whom without a doubt have played an important role in transformational leadership. socio-economic and political growth of countries in Africa and beyond. We are pleased to have your presence tonight.
“Promoting and defending the African Dignity” This is one of the principles in AACC and I want to commend the earnest effort in carrying out various transformational advocacies, trainings and activities across the African continent. We are also proud of your active decision in giving the African Youths opportunity to lead from the fore front. The creation of the All African Youth Congress is an example to all other opportunities you have structured for young people. So, thank you for honouring our invitation.
Our journey started a long time ago when young people had little to no support from corporate or government agencies. it was important to break the chain and make something of our own. In the year 2016, we decided to make it formal and we registered our company as Sometare Integrated Resources Limited. And today, we metamorphosed to Signature Autos and Allied Services Limited. Over the years, we have volunteered, sponsored and partnered with youth led organizations in various developmental capacities, whose representatives are here tonight. It will interest you to know we still have the full representation of our founders on board with global presence already in UAE and Spain, and we look forward to more cross border trade in Africa. So, tonight we appreciate all members of our team for taking up this huge step to host us all.

We must take advantage of our number and resources to secure a more sustainable future for the next generation. franklin D. Roosevelt once said, we cannot continue to build a future for the youth, but we can build the youths for the future.
“Until the lion learns to write, every story will glorify the hunter”. On this note, we must take active responsibility in building the next generation of leaders by managing our capacities, and upholding our values. It is eminent that we ask ourselves, How we can achieve the African dream? can we achieve the African Dream? and I say, yes we can achieve this but only through preserving, promoting and protecting the African dignity and heritage by teaching and nurturing the African values( in homes, Religious centres, community, and schools). Promoting patriotism (cultural attire, food) is another important step towards preserving the African heritage. Our countries are blessed with magnificent scenic sites for local tourism( we have the safari, Obudu ranch, captivating beach views in Seychelles) all spread across the continent.
So, as you continue your activities, and deliberate towards achieving African Union(AU) vision 2063, we encourage more collaborative opportunities for achieving a more sustainable impact. It is said, when you go alone, you go fast but when you travel together you go far.
