The lawmaker in the state Assembly has cry out on bad road condition to the state Assembly.
The law maker who don’t wants his name mentioned said some of them are even afraid of that road as it’s now a death trap .
‘The condition of the road is disheartening and that they are afraid of raising the issue in the state Assembly sitting as the governor may consider it as embarrassing and confrontation.’
According to the lawmaker “ I don’t want Bello’s trouble, considering the fact that I am also from the same party with him, I don’t want to be suspended from the assembly, pls don’t mention my name but the road is truly bad and needs a facelift”
Asking what is the Speaker’s position on the road the lawmaker from the West said, ‘The Speaker is not happy but afraid of speaking out.’
He called on media to draw the attention of his Excellency to lokoja township roads’ which is considered as an embarrassment to the state.
