UAE Lifts Visa Ban on Nigeria: Nigerian Passport Holders Can Now Enter the Country

_

The government of the United Arab Emirates has officially lifted its visa ban on Nigerian citizens, effective immediately. This development comes after Nigeria and the UAE reached a mutually beneficial agreement regarding visa issuance. As a result, Nigerian passport holders are now eligible to receive visas to enter the UAE. This decision follows the UAE’s earlier announcement in May to resume daily flights between Lagos and Dubai later this year. The lifting of the visa ban marks a significant improvement in the diplomatic relations between both nations.
