Trump Ramps up Personal Attacks on Kamala Harris, Calling for Impeachment and Prosecution

At a rally in Erie, Pennsylvania, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump escalated his personal attacks on Democratic rival Kamala Harris, describing her as “mentally impaired” and calling for her impeachment and prosecution. Trump claimed that Harris was responsible for an “invasion” at the US-Mexico border and questioned her mental state.

“Crooked Joe Biden became mentally impaired,” he added. “Sad. But lying Kamala Harris, honestly, I believe she was born that way. There’s something wrong with Kamala. And I just don’t know what it is, but there is definitely something missing. And you know what, everybody knows it.”

With the election only a month away, Trump is doubling down on offensive tactics, despite some Republican concerns. Trump has a history of threatening legal action against political foes, including President Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton.

Trump himself is facing legal troubles, including a conviction for falsifying business records and pending cases related to his alleged role in the January 6 insurrection and efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia. Prosecutors have argued that these cases are not politically motivated.

Despite acknowledging the possibility of losing in November, Trump remains defiant, stating, “If she wins, it’s not going to be so pleasant for me, but I don’t care.”
