The Entrepreneurial Training of Ankpa Youths In Kogi State Organized By Chief Dr Kashim Akor Winds Up

The day two and final programme for the entrepreneurial training of Ankpa youths organized by the Director General of the National Productivity Centre, Abuja, Dr Kashim Akor came to a close at the five hundred capacity hall of the GloryLand Institute of Management Studies, Ankpa.

The programme, which has benefited over a hundred Ankpa youths, began from Tuesday, September 21, 2021 and came to a close on Wednesday, 22nd September, 2021 with differently worth learning skills capable of making participants being self employed, self reliant and productively useful to both themselves and the society at large.

The facilitators at the training were Ms Omeje Nonye and Mrs Rufina Okeme respectively who trained the participants in diverse fields of entrepreneurship and how different products such as air freshener, body spray, izal, car wash, insecticide, liquid soap, vaseline cream, and so forth are prepared.

The hostess of the programme and as well, the proprietress of GloryLand Institute of Management Studies, Ankpa in her grand finale remark prayed for Dr Kashim Akor, Director General, National Productivity Centre, Abuja for his usual philanthrophism, ceaseless magnanimity and matchless gesture to his land and humanity in general. she said the programme, will, in no doubt go a long way in making a lasting future for the beneficiaries, their society and families.
Highlight of the closing ceremony was the distribution of different packages to the participants, including some reasonable cash to help them start up their businesses.

The participants thanked Dr kashim Akor for the rare opportunity and promised not to disappoint him and Ankpa community.
