Katsina state governor, Bello Masari meets the leader of the bandits, Katsina State Chapter to discuss how to end the kidnapping, killing of Nigerians in the state.
The meeting was to find final solutions to the renewed bandit attacks and kidnappings in the state.
Also in attendance at the meeting which took place at the state secretariat complex in Katsina were Deputy Governor, Alhaji Manir Yakubu; and Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Inuwa Muhammed, as well as leaders of Miyyetti Allah in the state.
Sources at the meeting disclosed that Governor Masari told who were in attendance that he was ready to go and meet the bandits at any venue of their choice to resolve the current security menace in the state.
A source said, “The governor who spoke in Hausa said he was ready to find a lasting solution to the problem.”
