It was a serious drama today as the Senator representing Kogi West, Senator Smart Adeyemi took on a constituent who approached him to greet him after the adjournment of the tribunal sitting to Thursday 30th April, 2020.
Senator Smart Adeyemi who attempted harassing the constituent ended up embarrassing himself as he created serious attractions as the constituent did not hesitate to respond to him when he demanded that Smart should be bold to point out what he has done for him in the past that will demand such aggression.
The constituent who said he can not see his representative in a public place without acknowledging him was shocked by the aggressive reaction that greeted his gesture.
The onlooking lawyers at the scene expressed shock to at the reaction of a senator of the federal republic of Nigeria, and attitude he described as a public embarrassment of his political status.
The constituent, Oluwakayode Emmanuel said he was surprised that senator Smart Adeyemi could react the way he did, owing to the fact that he has always supported his political ambition until he left the PDP which he said he did not consult with his supporters and should not expect that they follow him blindly without knowing their stakes.
