A former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria and presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress in the 2019 elections, Dr Obadiah Mailafia, speaks on the activities of the bandits and Boko Haram disclosed that both Boko Haram and bandits are the same.
The former presidential candidate revealed that one of the One of the Northern Governors is a commander of Boko Haram, the ongoing rural killing in phase one after then comes phase two which is going to be urban killing then Civil War comes in.
