A Supervisory Presiding Officer in the present gubernatorial election in Anambra State has vanished with 42 result sheets, according to the state’s election commission.
This was announced by the Collation Officer for the Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra at the INEC’s headquarters in Awka, the state capital, during the final collation of results on Sunday.
The final collation of results took place at the INEC’s headquarters on Sunday.
He stated that as a result of the development, elections were unable to be held in the impacted districts. The final collation is still in progress.
