There is no other act of worship that captivates the minds and hearts of Muslims the way the 30 days Tafsir Quran does every Ramadan.
The Tafsir Quran by Sheikh Luqman Imam at Ebira Central Mosque Okene, in particular, a significantly larger crowd of Muslims both young and old thronged to the Venue to gain inspiration and spiritual boost from the Quran ….(Tafsir) and selected topics treated by Sheikh Luqman Imam.
At this year Ramadan 2021, the topics treated by Sheikh Luqman Imam for two weeks before the continuation of TAFSIR (Quran exigencies) OF SURATUL TAUBA: Verses;117 to 129 are:
1. BETWEEN THE ISLAM AND CHRISTIANITY,
- MATRIMONIAL Guide in series.
3.Care for orphans.
- Questions and Answers session.
As usual,we recorded number of new returnees from their former religion to Islam.
Amongst them;
1. Adai Otaiki Ozuwaya now Nasirudeen(17-04-2021)
2. Sunday now Abdulrahim (20-04-2021)
3. William now Ahmad Tajjudeen(20-04-2021)
4. Emmanuel now Ahmad Mansoor(20-04-2021)
5. Samson now Ahmad Habibullahi,(22-04-2021) and 6. Mr Daniel who reverted to Islam on 29-04-2021.
Given the present turbulent environment in some part of the country, coupled with economic hardship, and also for a society we found ourselves where some tendentious opinions against one for unknown reason, Sheikh Luqman dedicated day 25th, 27th and 29th for special prayer to overcome the aformensioned challenges and what have you….
Apart from usual feeding, arrangement for the orphans, Sheikh Luqman encouraged audience on the needs to provide clothes, and to be sewed for orphans under Arqam orphans and widows welfare foundation for Eid Fitr celebrations.
Indeed, we are in dire need of practical, genuine, and refreshing spiritual and social guidance from our spiritual leader. We Thank almighty Allah for Sheikh Luqman Imam for living by example because he practice what he preach..
Sheikh Luqman Imam Abulyatama (Hafizah ullah ta’ala)at the closing of 2021 Ramadan Tafsir Quran, announced that Insha Allah, the weekly lecture Programme will continue on Sunday 6 June, 2021 between Zuhr & Asri, at Ebira Central Masjid, Okene, Kogi State.
May the Lord of the universe and beyond preserve our Sheikh Luqman Imam Abulyatama for the benefit of Muslims ummah and mankind in general.
