Sani defected from the People’s Redemption Party (PRP) to PDP.
OBSERVERS TIMES gathered that Sani had been planning to join the country’s leading opposition party for some time now.
He met with all the 23 local government chairmen of PDP in Kaduna State at his residence last month to discuss an approach towards the 2023 elections.
He officially defected to the opposition party, PDP, at a meeting with party executives on Thursday.
