Sen Natasha Homecoming: Kogi Government Stop Sen. Natasha From Condolence Visit

In a surprising turn of events, Senator Natasha Akpoti Uduaghan has been denied access to the compound of the late Ohinoyi family in Okene, Kogi State.

This shocking incident occurred as a result of a directive issued by the Kogi State government to the Ohinoyi family.

A confidential source close to the family revealed that the Kogi State Governor had made a commitment to grant the late Ohinoyi’s first son the right to succeed his father, on the condition that Senator Natasha Akpoti, a prominent figure from Kogi Central, was prevented from visiting the family to pay her condolences.

This order from the Governor was executed successfully today, as Senator Natasha Uduaghan, who represents Kogi Central, found herself barred from entering the family’s compound.

Senator Uduaghan was not alone in her visit; she was accompanied by the Immediate PDP State Chairman, Engr Ohotu, Hon Karaku, and other notable PDP members from Kogi Central.

This unexpected turn of events has left many in the region perplexed and concerned. The denial of access to a public figure like Senator Natasha Akpoti has raised questions about the motivations behind such a decision.

“Many had expected that the Senator, along with her party members, would have the opportunity to offer their condolences to the late Ohinoyi’s family.

“As this situation unfolds, it remains to be seen how the community and the broader political landscape will react to the Governor’s directive and the subsequent denial of access to the Senator.

” It is clear that this incident has sparked intense discussions and debates among the people of Kogi State, who are closely following the developments,”source said .
