The member representing Bassa/Dekina at the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Hassan Baiwa Abdullahi today make known his intention to continue to represent the people of Dekina Bassa Federal Constituency in the Green Chamber of the National Assembly come 2023.
RT. Hon. Hassan while speaking before the All Progressive Congress (APC) party leaders and stakeholders expressed his gratitude for the trust reposed in him to represent the people of Bassa/Dekina Federal Constituency in the 9th Assembly.
The Hon. said understanding the politics of the National Assembly is a huge prerogative to reaping the dividend of the Legislative arm for the constituents. And as a member, you cannot do that effectively without consolidating authority which can only be attained through reelection
He passionately appealed to the APC leadership and stakeholders in Bassa Local Government Area and the entire people to give him another chance so that he can have more capacity to consolidate on the existing efforts he’s making to bring succour to the people of Bassa/Dekina Federal Constituency.
Responding, the chairman of APC in Bassa Local Government Area said the party is absolutely ready to give him their maximum support to enable him consolidate on his projects, programs and policies.
The Ward Chairmen thanked the RT. Hon.for the recent empowerment he carried out in Bassaland and said they owe him a lot, and will repay him through his reelection.
