Renewed Hope for N-Power Beneficiaries: Federal Government Announces Payment Plan

 

In a recent development, the Federal Government has unveiled plans to settle a significant backlog of payments owed to N-Power beneficiaries, with payments set to commence in November. This initiative, previously known as Npower has now been rebranded as the “Renewed Hope Job Creation Programme” (RHJCP).

The announcement was made by Akindele Egbuwalo, the National Programme Manager of N-Power, who emphasized that the payments would be made in a phased manner. Egbuwalo also revealed that funds required for the payments had been successfully retrieved from the existing payment service providers.

This official update was conveyed in a statement released by Jamaluddeen Kabir, the National Communication Manager of the National Social Investment Programme Agency (NSIPA), based in Abuja. The statement was made public on Monday, October 16th.

Furthermore, Egbuwalo provided more details during a meeting with N-Power beneficiaries in Abuja, offering renewed hope for those eagerly awaiting their payments. The Federal Government’s commitment to addressing the backlog is indeed a positive development for N-Power beneficiaries across the country.
