Following the political rumor on the subject, I write to authoritatively debunk such assertion as unfounded.
Capt. Idris Wada has never discussed the issue of running mate with Senator Dino Melaye. Such as with every other PDP aspirants, Capt. Idris Wada’s interest is about the unity of the party and how to Restore Kogi’s lost glory.
On the issue of Capt. Idris Wada losing the 2015 election, it is public knowledge that the election was stolen by the APC using federal might and the judiciary.
It was discovered that strange ballot papers from neighboring APC States were found in Kogi ballot boxes during vote count. The PDP won the 2015. However, judicial abracadabra awarded it to APC.
However, will not allow a repeat of such manipulation in November 16, 2019.
The mischief of the stolen 2015 election which foisted Yahaya Bello on Kogi State has now manifested in the devastating hunger, suffering, poverty and massive coordinated corruption currently going on in the State which has thrown the State into serious economic problems.
At this point, we ask our party faithful to stay committed and focused and not to allow any form of distractions we gear up to join hands in redeeming Kogi State from the present leadership confusion created by Yahaya Bello’s led APC.
