In a Facebook post published by the Social Democratic Party SDP Candidate, Barrister Natasha Akpoti , police have exhausted their patience as the commissioner for water resources has adopted delaying strategies in tactically avoiding police invitation:
The post read:
Assault and Rape of Elizabeth Oyeniyi
Dear Abdulmumin Danga, the dishonourable Kogi state’s Commissioner For Water Resources.
Note that tomorrow is your last day of grace given by the Nigeria Police Force to avail yourself for questioning over your involvement in the abduction, assault and rape of Miss Elizabeth Oyeniyi. Else the warrant of arrest becomes active.
I believe the recent manipulation of her Facebook posts are included as charges.
For 2 months your excuse for not being able to honor the police invitation was tied to the CoVid-19 interstate lockdown.
Now that the lockdown is relaxed, don’t abuse the Police’s consideration.
We are expecting you in Abuja …. 😁.
By the way, you may increase the defamation charges against me from ₦100m to ₦1billion.
Oyi.
