Quit Notice yo Yoruba in the North, A Joke Taken Too Far- Middle Belt Youth.

The National President of the Middle Belt Liberation Group, who doubles as the immediate past youngest KOGI State Governorship Aspirant, Comrade Sunday Bala Oma has reacted to the quit notice given to the Yorubas, by Arewa Youths, calling it baseless, and a joke, taken too far.

He stated this at his country home of Odu Akpelu, Dekina Local Government of KOGI State, Nigeria; where he granted a media interview with journalist.

Gentlemen of the noble pen profession. You will recall that this Group called Arewa Youths have in recent years, issued threats and warnings to different Regions and Tribes in the country. Their threats fell on deaf ears, because majority of the youths they claim to speak for, no longer take them seriously. Hence, their statement is null and void and does not hold water.

We call on all Nigerian citizens to go about their legitimate businesses, without fear. What we expect from well meaning citizens is to call for the arrest of those terrorizing innocent citizens across the nation, whose lands and ancestral heritage is their target, Oma said.

Comrade Bala Oma cautioned the media who are fond of promoting disunity, using their pen to desist, as development can only thrive, in an atmosphere of peace.
