President Tinubu Appoints Dr. Mainasara Umar Kogo as Chairman of Code of Conduct Tribunal

 

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed Dr. Mainasara Umar Kogo as the Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT). Dr. Kogo, a seasoned lawyer and analyst, brings his expertise in law, security, economy, politics, and international diplomacy to the role.

The President expects Dr. Kogo to discharge his duties with professionalism, integrity, and dedication to the nation. The appointment was announced by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale.

Dr. Kogo’s extensive experience makes him well-suited to lead the CCT, and his appointment is seen as a significant step in enhancing the tribunal’s effectiveness in promoting accountability and transparency in government.
