In what seems to be dream come through, Presidency today through the Personal Assistant on Mew Media Bashir Ahmed displays the beautiful pictures of 2nd Niger bridge in Onitsha in what is labeled as Buhari gift to South East.
Bashir Ahmed on twitter wrote:
