Pogba Names 2 Biggest Changes At Man Utd

Paul Pogba believes Manchester United’s resurgent form is down to better team cohesion and a greater understanding of their duties on the pitch.
The French midfielder has played a vital role for United since the return of top-flight football last month and has helped United extend their current unbeaten run to 16 matches across all competitions.
Many had questioned how Pogba would adapt to first-team duties having spent roughly six months sidelined through injury, but the World Cup winner has returned in excellent form and established a formidable partnership with Bruno Fernandes in midfield.

The creative duo have played a big part in United’s resurgence, and Pogba has pinpointed exactly what has changed for his side in recent weeks.

“You can tell that the team is improving a lot,” he told United Review.

“We play more as a team than we did before, we enjoy it even more, we defend together, we attack together, and this team is stronger as well. The players who are on the bench or who don’t play every time, when they come on they help the team so the mentality is good and is right. All this together has put us where we are today.
“As well though there is the defensive work that people don’t talk about – they do it. The pressing – they do it… that’s what you maybe don’t see that much. Football fans who know football see that and that’s the difference that we have and it’s great to see them at their best.
