As the Supreme Court on Monday hears the appeals challenging the electoral victory of President Bola Tinubu, the legal teams of the parties involved have arrived at the court.
Tinubu’s victory in the February 25 presidential poll is being challenged by the Peoples Democratic Party and the Labour Party.
The legal teams for the APC, PDP, LP, Independent National Electoral Commission, and Allied Peoples Movement are present for the hearing.
Yusuf Ali, SAN and Chief Wole Olanipekun, make up Tinubu’s legal team.
