PDP threatens to Legally Withdraw Dogara’s Mandate At NASS

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Bauchi State Chapter has threatened legal action against the former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, OBSERVERS TIMES report
They want to reclaim their seat on which he was elected into the House of Representatives.
This is following his defection from the party.
The State’s Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in Bauchi, Hamza Akuyam made this known to News men while reacting to Dogara’s defection to the All Progressives Congress, APC.
He says, the party is not surprised by Dogara’s action.
Hamza Akuyam debunks allegations claimed by Yakubu Dogara, that prompted his defection.
Meanwhile, the Chairman, Publicity Committee of the All Progressives Congress in Bauchi State, Sabo Mohammed, has described the defection as homecoming and a big catch for the APC.
This is the third time the lawmaker is defecting between the PDP and the APC.
