PDP strong man,Wike makes bold statement, says “I respect Chief Bola Tinubu and Will Never Malign

The governor of Rivers State Nyesom Ezebunwo Wike, has made a new statement claiming that he respects Tinubu and will not speak ill of him in any manner. According to Governor Nyesom Wike he said; “I Respect Chief Bola Tinubu And Will Never Malign Him”.

This statement is coming after a publication was made alleging that Governor Nyesom Wike said that Tinibu won’t see the gates of 2023 presidency. Governor Nyesom Wike who is a promising Governor and a great politician has always led by example and has always avoided political scandals in the country.

In the statement published by the governor on his official Facebook page, he said that it’s true that he was at Yola where the false publication alleged that he made the statement.

However, Governor Wike was in Yola, the capital of Adamawa State on February 4, to inspect some projects being executed by Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri. In the cause of inspecting the Greater Interchange and Underpass in Yola, a pack of journalists requested for an interview which he humbly obliged them.

 

He was asked several questions concerning the purpose of his visit and many more. But during the interview session that lasted about five minutes there was no time that Governor Wike mentioned the names of Chief Tinubu and the APC’s former national chairman, Adams Oshiomhole.
