PDP Sets Up Special Media/Publicity C’ttee for Bayelsa, Imo, Kogi Guber Polls

Ahead of the off-season governorship elections slated for later in the year, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has constituted a Special National Media/Publicity Committee (SNPC) for the November 11, 2023 Governorship elections in Bayelsa, Imo and Kogi States respectively.

The Special National Media/Publicity Committee, headed by the National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, the PDP said was pursuant to Section 40 (1) (a), (b) and (c) of the PDP Constitution (as amended in 2017) to liaise with the various Campaign Councils and Committees for the elections to ensure effective media and publicity actions for the victory of the party in the elections.

In a statement by Ologunagba, the party listed other members of the committee to include Emmauel Ibeshi, Kola Ologbondiyan, Hon. Emmanuel Ogidi, Otunba Segun Sowunmi and Richard Akanmode as members.

Others were Don Evarade, Alfred Kemepado, Arthur Ugochukwu, Ezekwe Uche and Richard Ihediwa as secretary with Ibu Thomas as Tech/ICT Assistant

The PDP spokesman, however, charged all leaders, critical stakeholders and teeming members of the party in Bayelsa, Imo and Kogi states to continue to work hard to ensure the victory of the party in the elections.
