PDP Primary, I am waiting for the Supreme Court Ruling – Abubakar Ibrahim

Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim, main Challenger of the Peoples Democratic Party ticket in the last primaries has described the Appeal Court Judgement as an act of God, as I await supreme court ruling.

Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim made the position shortly after the Appeal Court declared its judgement on the Kogi PDP Governorship primaries and the candidate.

The court of Appeal sitting in Abuja today allowed the appeal of Engr Musa Wada the Candidate of PDP in the last gubernatorial election in Kogi State.

In the judgment just delivered by the Court of Appeal Abuja Division in Appeal N0: CA/A/193/2020, Musa Wada vs Abubakar Mohammed Ibrahim Idris and others today, the court held that it is Crooked colt of discretion for a Court to raise an issue suo motu and determine same without hearing parties.

Abubakar Ibrahim Is PDP Governorship Flagbearer
It then held that every order made by the trial Court that there was no primary Election and that the Appellant was not a candidate in the election, are hereby set aside.

Abubakar said he will study the Judgment, take a position after consultation with other stakeholders, but assured that every decision would be in the interest of the PDP.
