…insists that PDP is the only popular party in Okene/Ogori-Magongo Federal Constituency
Upbeat, youthful, energetic, highly informed, intellectually mobile and dynamic son of Okene/Ogori-Magongo Federal Constituency of Kogi State, Captain Timi Iyela has hailed his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on the ongoing e-registration exercise of the party.
Timi Iyela, while educating his fellow constituents in Okene and Ogori-Magongo LGAs on Tuesday, said; “We intend to register at least 1 million new party members in Kogi State alone via this e-registration exercise. Here in Okene/Ogori-Magongo Federal Constituency, I trust we have the numbers to surpass that target number.
“Come 2023, we will prove that indeed , it is we the constituents of this constituency that will decide our federal representative. However, the process starts now with this PDP e-registration exercise.
“Why PDP, You may want to ask. Well, you and I know for a fact that here in Okene/Ogori-Magongo Federal Constituency of Kogi State, the only popular party at the moment is PDP. Hence I urge you all my fellow youths, brothers and sisters of voting age, mothers and fathers, my friends, my neighbours; to please register with PDP in the ongoing PDP e-registration exercise. You can do it from the comfort of your homes if you have mobile phone or you can reach out to any of your friends or family member or neighbour that have mobile phone, to help you with the registration or better still go to any of the nearest PDP office around you to get registered. Captain Timi Iyela commended the PDP State excos and the Okene/Ogori-Magongo PDP excos for a job well done thus far. He praised the State party chairman, Mr Sam Uhuotu for a job well done in ensuring the e-registration process is hitch-free and successful in the State and in Okene/Ogori-Magongo Federal Constituency.
