An APC Gubernatorial aspirant, Alhaji Abubakar Yahaya Achimugu, has expressed his condolences over the passing of the OGANENIGWU WARD APC Chairman Hon. James Adah
in a recent attack on communities in Oganenigu Ward of Dekina Local Government Area of the State by suspected herdsmen.
He described the attack as an assault on the peace-loving people of Oganenigu and the people of Kogi East who have enjoyed relative peace and security, Achimugu noted that the Attack was totally unnecessary and goes against the Zero tolerance mantra on insecurity of the Administration in kogi State.
While commending security agencies for prompt response, which has brought normalcy to the area, Abubakar Yahaya Achimugu thanked Governor Bello for always tackling issues that bothers on insecurity in Kogi State.
He commiserates with the people of Edede, Ojapata, Aloko, Ebenehi and other Communities in Oganenigu affected in the attack with particular reference to the family of the slain Oganenigu APC ward chairman, Hon James Adah and others affected by this ugly and unfortunate attack while urging the people to remain vigilant.
Abubakar Yahaya Achimugu in a press statement to NAN, expressed his condolences to the Executive Chairman of Dekina Local Government Prince Ishaq Abu Shaibu Okolo and the good people of Dekina Local Government Area over the incident and Prayed Almighty God grant the Departed peaceful rest and quick recovery for the injured.
