Former President Olusegun Obasanjo arrived in Minna, Niger State, on Sunday evening for a high-level meeting with prominent Nigerian leaders. After attending the 90th birthday celebration of Chief Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion in Benin City, Obasanjo landed in Minna around 4:15 p.m. and proceeded to the residence of former Military President Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (IBB).
Joining Obasanjo at Babangida’s hilltop home were General Abdulsalami Abubakar, another ex-Head of State, and General Aliyu Gusau, former National Security Adviser. The meeting brings together four influential figures with significant experience in Nigerian politics and military history.
