Nov 16; Kogi People Rejects El-rufai’s Apology,Deceitful Kneeling Down,Says It Is Belated ,Group 

 

Kogi Renaissance Group has rejected the public apology tendered by Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna state for Yahaya Bello’s misgovernance in kogi state in the last four years .
The group in a statement signed on behalf of the protem chairman by Awwal Mohammed, said the unremorseful and autocratic leadership of the government of Yahaya Bello is enough to discourage the people from his return .
He said even though the President’s wife,Aisha Buhari and deputy governor of Edo state felt the ugly plight kogites were subjected to in the last four years,the governor’s cronies were busy circulating similar fora were kadina state governor usually prostate,justifying that it is his way of life.
Kogi Renaissance urged the people to remain stead fast and determined towards tomorrow’s election ,as the only way to guarantee their future and that of their children, is for Bello and his group of marauders to throw in the towel .
He said kogites have reached and seen the worst of Governor Bello’s administration in the last four years,saying it has gotten to a point that indigenes of the state are no longer identifying with the public on the position of the bad government in Kogi.
The group said the government that got over 500 billion naira in allocations,Paris Club refund and Bail out,yet indulge in falsehood against the state workers and local government,does not deserve to be pardoned.
All the roads leading to the state and within the state capital have been in a bad shape, including local government is rendered impassable,yet you lobbied for him to return and redoubled his satanic administration.
‘Many pensioners who have served the state to the best of their knowledge and abilities were screened out and died for lack of money to attend to their health and basic needs,yet you beg for forgiveness of such an aberration in the state ‘ .
He appealed to El-rufai to allow the state governor and his cronies learn their lessons of threats of deaths and destruction against the people of the state,rather than returning to inflict more injuries on the people.
