The Executive Chairman, National Assembly Service Commission NASC, Engr Ahmed Kadi Amchi FNSE has commended the unusual supports of the National Assembly under the leadership of the Senate President, Dr Ahmed Ibrahim Lawan to the commission in the last three years.
He made this remarks during a thank you tour to the President of the Senate on Thursday at the National Assembly complex, stating that prioritising the welfare of workers through payment of regular/ backlog of salaries and salary arears of staffs of the commission.
The Executive Chairman maintained that the construction of new office accomodation for the National Assembly Service Commission in the premises of the National Assembly was a dream come true in the present dispensation.
He also praised the Chairman public service establishment of the Senate, Senator Ibrahim shekarau for his advisory roles and supports in the last three years , saying he was an asset to the commission in all areas.
He used the opportunity to reel out the achievements of the commission in the last three years under the leadership of Senator Ahmed Ibrahim Lawan as the President of the Senate
The NASC Chairman stated that the 9th Assembly under the current leadership had changed the face of productivity in the staffers and achieved greatly to the success of it’s activities in the years under review.
