To strengthen productivity and service delivery, the National Assembly Service Commission NASC has developed training manual to assist staffers on the job intricacies.
The Executive Chairman, National Assembly Service Commission NASC, Engr Ahmed Kadi Amshi FNSE made this relevation in a session at the Commission.
According to the Commission, the growing need of modest development of staffs was desiring inview of the new wave of technology and digital approach in the current dispensation.
“We are determined to develop a work force that will be alive to it’s responsibility and challenges of the current order.” Kadi said.
The Executive chairman of the commission says the commission will not rest on its oars with the continuous development of staffers wealth of experience in all areas.
“Because of the critical and important nature of the commission’s and by extension National Assembly Service staffs assignment, the need for routine training and re-training was sacrosanct.”
