NASC Chairman, Engineer Kadi Commends Kaduna Governor,Over Massive Developement, Transformation.

The Executive Chairman, National Assembly Service Commission NASC, Engineer Ahmed Kadi Amshi FNSE has commended the Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai for the modest renovation of Shehu Musa Yar’adua Hall, Murtala Mohammed square in Kaduna.

Engineer Kadi Amshi FNSE gave this commendation at the ongoing annual National conference of National Assembly Service Commission NASC and State Assembly Service Commission SASC’S holding at at the centre in Kaduna.

He described Governor El- Rufai as a courgeous leader whose efforts at total transformation of Kaduna State is unwavering and unrelenting, towards the massive developement of the state.

Engineer Kadi urged other state Governments to adopt the massive rejuvenation of old monuments like the Shehu Musa Yar’adua Hall in Kaduna.

He stressed the need to embrace maintenance culture of Kaduna State and thanked the Governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai for masss infrastructural developement of not only State,but the entire country.

“I have known this edifice over the decades to be a shadow of itself,but what I saw when I came in since yesterday,was a conviction that governance is at its peak in Kaduna State.”

“Your Excellency this massive ongoing renovation and remodelling of this edifice is quite monumental,as this will further boost the image of the state in the comity of states.”

“The ongoing massive developement in Kaduna metropolis showed your leadership acumen and dedication to duty displayed by your adminstration.”

“The non commercialisation of the edifice is a right decision to protect the age long structure.”
