Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule, Reveals All State Governors Received NG CARES Funds

 

In a recent interview on Channels TV, Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule, disclosed that all 36 state governors in Nigeria received funds from the federal government under the Nigeria COVID-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus (NG CARES) program.

The NG CARES program was established to support state governments in responding to the economic challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Governor Sule’s revelation confirms that each state government received a share of the funds, which were intended to support economic recovery and stimulate growth.

This statement provides clarity on the distribution of NG CARES funds and highlights the collaborative efforts between the federal and state governments in addressing the economic impacts of the pandemic.
