The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has specially promoted four Group Captains to the rank of Air Commodore, bearing one star, in recognition of their exceptional dedication and loyalty. – Air Commodore David Ajar Ahmadu, a Chaplain
– Air Commodore Tahir Bin-Isah, an Imam
– Air Commodore John Azubuike Opara, an administration officer
