Naturally, we are inclined to focus on the birth and berth of Jesus Christ while inadvertently ignoring some equally important events leading-up to the Saviour’s arrival.
Someone (Joseph) was called a fool, someone (Mary) was called a prostitute, a couple (Joseph & Mary) was disparaged, rejected and treated with disdain. … because, it was all in the plan and because our traducers can’t see beyond the moment.
Our lives follow a similar pattern and it is important we realize that the challenges, tribulations or afflictions we contend with today are but forerunners to a greater us; we’re evolving.
In the dark even your shadow leaves you but at the dawn of your break-forth, even naysayers become talking drummers acting like the carols, songs and praise at Christmas.
