A man has reportedly canceled a wedding planned to take place in a few months for a seemingly ‘harmless’ action his potential wife undertook.
As shared on popular chat forum, Nairaland, a man told the internet community how his friend broke up with his fiancée and cancelled their wedding slated for August after he discovered that she went to her ex-boyfriend’s house after their engagement.
The man, who has lived almost all his life in the US, came to Nigeria and got into a serious relationship with this girl and hurriedly made preparations to marry her.
But as it stands now, the man has put everything on hold after he discovered that the lady visited her former boyfriend shortly after they had their engagement.
When he confronted her, she said she went because she was bored, and she refused afterward to change her phone number as he wanted to stop them from communicating.
The fiancée insisted she only went to the guy’s place to hang out with him and nothing else.
