London-Bound Plane From Abuja Reportedly Struggles To Land In Strong Winds At Heathrow Airport

Reports suggest that a plane which took off from Nigerian capital, Abuja had some difficulties landing due to strong winds at London’s Heathrow Airport.

These reports claimed that strong winds forced a flight at Heathrow airport, London to abort its landing seconds after touching down on the runway.

In a video posted on social media, it how showed the aircraft, a British Airways plane was struggling to land during Storm Ciara.

However, British Airways was unable to confirm the source of the flight, although it was reported on social media as coming from Abuja, Nigeria.

The airline said the aircraft went on to land safely after circling the airport for a while.
