Like Father Like Son: Shuaibu Audu Foundation Sets To Commission More Projects In Eastern Part, Says His Visits To Kogi State Not Political.

In his determination
to bring more developments to the people at grassroot level inline with his vision and mission, Son of former Governor of Kogi State, the Grand Patron of Shuaibu Abubakar Audu Foundation (SAAF) Alhaji Shuaibu Abubakar Audu on Wednesday lead his foundation and others to the eastern flank of the State to commission motorized boreholes, a projects his foundation initiated to ease suffering of women and children in some LGAs of the State.
On reaching Ofu LGA of Kogi State, the Philanthropist head straight to Ogbonicha, his ancestral home and precisely the resident of his late father which is situated less than two kilometers walk to the community settlement, Prince Alhaji Abubakar Audu of the blessed memory.
Alhaji Shuaibu Abubakar Audu also visited the grave of his father to offer prayer for peaceful repose of the former political leader of Kogi State and immediately proceeded to the place of Orego Attah Igala, the paramount ruler of Ogbonicha Kingdom who is also the younger brother to the former Governor, HRH. Alhaji Tijani Audu to receive his fatherly and royal blessing.
The crowds that received him at palace was overwhelmed and the monarch broke out in tears remembering his elder brother late Prince Abubakar Audu, and was consoled by the mammoth crowds that the former Governor died for good and his legacies spreads all over the state are enough reasons for the Audus family to thank the Almighty Allah for what he has done for them.
In a brief remark, the Chairman of the foundation, Hon. Prince Idoko Ogacheko, told the paramount ruler of the community that they were in his domain together with his son who double as Grand Patron of Shuaibu Abubakar Audu Foundation to commission some water projects across the Eastern flank of the State. He reminded the monarch that similar projects have been extended to some communities in Western and Central regions of the State respectively.
In his addressed, the Grand Patron of Shuaibu Abubakar Audu Foundation (SAAF), Alhaji Shuaibu Abubakar Audu, thanked his Uncle for his dexterity of purpose especially maintaining and sustaining peaceful coexistence of his people in his domain. He said, his foundation is out to do more for the people of Kogi State, which he said has being the hallmark of Audus as far as Kogi State is concern and vow to continuing from where his late father stop.
“I am here to get your endorsement as son in order to speed up with Ongoing developmental strides I have since embark”.
“I want to thanked the entire Igala race for their unalloyed supports, solidarity, prayers which has been the guide and that of his immediate family ‘Audus’ towards success”.
He urged the Igalas to unite for a common cause that would attract meaningful developments to their various communities.
According to him, his visit to the state was not a political affairs but rather an official visit to give back to the State out of what God has done for him and his family.
Shuaibu is the Executive Director with Bank IBTC base in Lagos and a philanthropist who has over the years use his foundation to empower the women, young and elders from different tribes, religions and political affiliations.
In a similar development, while coming to the eastern part of the state he stop over at some communities just as his late father was usually do as respect to his people by identify with people at grassroot level.
Among places visited include, Ejule, Aloma and many other communities before arriving at Ogbonicha, his ancestral home.
He was accompanied by his Uncle, a close ally of the former Governor, Alhaji Usman Audu, members of his foundation, his media Aides, cooks and some structures of his late father across the State.
