Kogi West Tribunal:My Only Witness Is In Yola, INEC Lawyer Tells Court

As the kogi West election tribunal convey today, INEC was expected to present their witnesses but INEC unfortunately could not present any witness, claiming that he regret to tell the court that the only witness he would have presented is in Yola and won’t be able to be in court until Thursday 30th April, 2020.

INEC for this reason, applied for an adjournment to a further day.

The Tribunal observed that tactically exhausted the 10 days obtainable in law after already taken 6 days earlier.

The court also warned other respondents to make their witnesses available as the court will not entertain any further delay.
The court also reminded them that the court have only 48 days to complete the case.

The court therefore adjourned to Thursday 30th of April.
