Kogi Governorship Tribunal holding in Abuja has adjourned hearing to allow completion of scheduling of INEC materials. The next hearing comes up on march 2nd 2020. The adjournment was occasioned by improper participation by INEC team in the scheduling activities earlier authorized by the tribunal before commencement of trial. The hearing will commence with cross examination of petitioner’s witnesses.
Also, the tribunal has ruled against Forensic and Finger prints as sufficient for admissibility in evidence in the case under consideration and as decided by the Supreme Court ruling in a case of Abubakar Atiku vs Mohammodu Buhari and in the case of Abubakar Atiku and others. .
