Kogi Tribunal.: All parties where present as SDP Moves to tender inspection report.

The Kogi State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal sitting In Abuja adjourned to 27th February  as Social Democratic Party SDP move to tender inspection report of over 10,000 pages.

Court order all parties to meet with court Secretary for examination and confirmation of evidence documents for marking and giving exhibit numbers to the documents.

The order is immediately to be executed before close of work today.

Parties are to return tomorrow for admittance of documents and exhibit numbering.

Court adjourned to tomorrow 27th Feb 2024.
