A prominent supporter of Alhaji Muritala Yakubu Ajaka in Dekina local government area of Kogi state has dismissed the report by InsideStory, an online media group linked to Kogi state government, that SDP and its candidate in the November election failed to file petition before the election tribunal within 21 as stipulated by the constitution, as a figment of their imagination.
“APC and its horde of liars wish we failed to file our petition within 21 days. Ladies and gentlemen, we filed within time and paid the requisite fee,” he said.
He wondered how Ododo counsel filed a cross-petition if they had not been kept abreast of Ajaka’s petition.
